[Resolved] DishTV — subscribed channels not working. | |||
I have subscribed for super family hd pack. But there are few channels which are not working, like star gold hd, sony max2, star sports first etc. For star sports first there is a message on screen that i have not subcribed the channel. I have talked to the customer care and they are insisting me to request a technician from them for which i'll be charged. And the point is that why will i pay for a technician if i have already paid for the subcribed pack. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||
