DishTV — subscribed pack not getting even many calls to customer care | |||
Sir, I purchased a new dish tv connection with DishNXT HD receiver on 31/08/2018, they were offering one month free ‘Premiere joy’ package with the connection, I paid Rs.1950/- for the connection, few days I got the subscibed channel after that I am getting only some of the free channel and other channels giving message ‘YOU ARE NOT SUBCRIBED TO CHANNEL’, also in my account information it is showing that switch off date is 29/09/2018, also I recharged Rs.1600/- on 11/09/2018 but it is still not reflecting in the dish receiver, many time I called the customer service from by registered mobile but every time they are telling the silly things like switch off power from main then switch on keep channel in 96 for 15min(the funny thing is channel 96 also showing not subscribed even though it is there promotion channel). Two days back when I called them they told me that there was some technical issue now issue was solved you switch off and switch on keep it on off 15 min then it will update but still it is not getting also my account is not updating. Sir please do something to get rid off this issue, if they cannot do anything please advise them to return my money and take away this rubbish from home.
