Service contact[protected] dt.16 may 19. & several verbal systematic complaints resting with service request no.[protected] dt 18/06/2019.
Regret to inform you that you have not been able to resolve the issue. Gist of issue is substandard set top box supplied & installed by you that gets overheated & switches off often causing disruption of services & damage to tv. The matter has been seen by your technician but you have neither bothered to replace or rectify, though matter is in warranty period. Now due to your gross negligence tv has stopped working. It has been reported by panasonic tv service engineer that the damage is due to defective substandard set top box. I shall now again finally request you to replace the set top box immediately. Further keep in abeyance payment of parent tv in abeyance till matter is sorted & keep alive child tv for which please intimate me the renewal charges due on 26 th instant.
The matter is extremely urgent & your negligence is viewed seriously.
I shall be happy to take steps as advised in the matter in case of further default & negligence on your part.
Please treat the matter extremely important.
