[Resolved] DishTV — support ticket raised is not solved since a week | |||
Am a dishtv customer. I have been asked to change the package according to the new rules which i have done and website said that technician would come to my home and set the antenna. Which was not done till 4 days. Afetr four days i raised a complaint again. And called customer care after a 18hrs and the response i got is complaint will be solved in 24 hrs. I have called customer care again after 40 hours and the guy who attended the call does not have any idea about what is going. He said he will arrange a call back. I got call back after 4-5 hours and they made me wait on the call for 15 mins and still the issue is not solved.. This happened twice with no solution. The worst service i have seen ever.. My account has money and i made all the changes which they wanted a week back and not able enjoy the services which i deserve. Instead i had call them twice a day seeking. A solution and wait online for 15 mins disturbing my personal/professional work. They have to be punished for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
