DishTV — System manipulation by their own interest. | |||||
I am an existing dish tv customer, having my V.C.No-[protected], submitted my request to activate "Pick by channelL and accordingly deposited the amount as per their demand, but the system of Dish tv as well as Customer care executives are unnecessary harassing and wrong information delivering day to day. I have submitted my 1st request on 27/03/16 and thereafter 28/03/16, 29/03/16, & 30/03/16 because of their denial of my submission. Last 30th I experienced that they are even vitiating their system for restraining the customer to submit the request for pick by Chanel by giving wrong & error information through their e-system. Finally today on 31/03/2016, at 07:50 A.M, Dish tv has allowed me to submit my request for pick by channel, and awarded a reference number-55907 with remarks as under they will contact within 24 hours.
