DishTV — Techinical Visit

My Dish TV is not working properly and for the that I have raised a ticket on Friday (5th June) and Customer support given a date for Technical Persion Visit for Sundy 7Th June 2026 but body has been come out for the same and when I have connected again to customer support they have only said sorry we can not help you and raise the ticket against when 24 hours only gone and no body comout and Service Supervisior also said he can only send the technical peroson by Tuesday only.

I donot know why the commited for 24 Hours solution support when nobody help on this after passing the 24 Hours

Make him several time call for the solution but did not get any final solution and finally I have spent Mondy of Rs.500 to Private solution provider and they have restored my connection.
