I have been having trouble with my DishTv connection for the last three months. I have been phoning for the last 3 months when the technicians come leave without solving the problem. They have given a swap box which I was told would be activated in 2-hours even after 24-hours it was no activated. Another complaint was made and a technician came worked for two hours and left saying it was the set top box problem. Since then nothing has happened. Old customers are not appreciated and are ignored. Was this information helpful? |
