[Resolved] DishTV — technician not responding | |||||
On 25.10.17 my dish tv has error. So i call at call centre. They send the technician same day. He didn't find what the error is so he took my sat top box & vc card & said that he will look into it & bring it tomorrow. Since then he didn't bring, not call me what the problem is. When i phoned he most of the time he didn't pick the ph. If he pick the ph he says that he will see it today, & cut the ph. Yesterday i call at call centre that says they will look into the matter but no response on either side. Since one week we cannot watch tv. & these people ignoring & harassing me. As per the telephonic conversation with your executive, family HD &
entertainer pack will be discontinued only after 30days of subscription,
how come both the packs have been discontinued midway & that too without
intimation. Kindly look into the matter & contact me on my registered no.
