[Resolved] DishTV — They have done a wrong recharge. | |||||
In previous month i receive a call from Dish TV, they provided me an offer to use the pack of 365 for 1 month for free, also confirmed if whenever required, you can switch the pack in future. this month i recharged for super family pack of 3 months with 1 month free offer online by selecting recharge for super family pack, at that time it didn't stopped me against recharge for super family pack saying that currently your super family pack is not activate, first change the pack with super family & then recharge & avail the offer, at that time it was done successfully, now customer support are saying that you cannot go with super family pack offer, i made a payment of 810 already. What the rubbish is that, how customer know that before doing any recharge you need to change your pack first, everyone dont know about. You give less information to customers, i will file a complain in consumer forum against it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
