[Resolved]  DishTV — though signal is listed in my package it is giving 301 signal not found error and for this dishtv is stating technician visit with 200 rs charge

The sony six and sony espn are included in my south all sports package. They are not coming for the current month and this time there is cricket match telecast. Getting 301 signal not found error. Most of the other channels are coming up and i am seeing a sufficient signal strength of 90% and signal quality of 88%. When called to customer care they are stating alignment could be an issue and technician visit with 200 rs. Charge. This is fault from dishtv side that for these two channels alone if there is alignment problem it is fault from their side and they should do it on their own and not charge us. Why should i pay 200 rs for this. My monthly payment for my pack itself is 295 and why should i pay for their service problem. It is irritating.

I have seen same issue in Dish TV connection in chennai region for the same south family sports pack-ie., Sony ESPN, SONY max and few other channels are not coming in my friends DishTV account.He has received call from the customer care that they will do the alignment change without any charge and they have done it after calling to them without any cost.I have reported the same issue and after taking it to next higher level, they have confirmed to do the alignment without technician charge by december 17th. But i have not received call from technicians.My location and dish tv connection are in hyderabad region.

I have given the necessary details of my account and information and based on the discussion i had with customer care -supervisor 1, i have requested for technician visit on DEcember 17th monday and have been informed from customer care that this will be resolved by December 17th evening. I am waiting still to hear from technicians.

I have recharged the dishtv on March 20th despite being no alignment done earlier, hoping that with TRAI guidelines it will be ok, but still i am facing issue of 102.Low account balnce showing in my dishtv .After contacting customer care for past five days no one is coming to resolve the issue. Worst customer service by dishtv. I want to take legal action and approach social media

yesterday technician visited and went away without doing alignment change stating that previous complaint was already closed. This is improper service provided by dishtv. can this consumer complaint forum provide a resolution or else do i need to take it further

Dishtv is providing worst and cheating service often.They want the 200rs. service charge by any means. That is what they are intending to. Can this consumer complaint forum provide resolution on this. or should anything be proceeded legally to national grivance committee

Till 1/12/2018 I had seen my HD channels...but today as per your representative my next annual pack amount is 4440 Rs. & your all existing channels will remain same, I already paid this amount but still I'm unable to seen my existing HD channels...
