My vc no. Is [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected]. I have following complaints. I have been trying our local agent about non activation of my combo pack and subscribed channels, but he is unable to resolve the issue. He says as per web your connection are activated same is been informed by customer care number. I want to state that, inspite of activation i am not getting the channels. The message is kindly switched off your set top box and restart. I have done hundreds of time but no result. I am not even getting mandatory dd channels, which is again the policy.
