[Resolved] DishTV — TV remote delivery boy took INR 100 extra | |||
I had asked for a new tv remote. Initially customer care operator had said that new remote would cost INR 200 + INR 150 (delivery chargers). But the delivery boy took INR 300 for the new remote + INR 150 for the delivery charges. Total INR 450 paid instead of INR 350. This is pure cheating. I would request you to take severe action on the below technician.
