[Resolved] DishTV — unable to change the base pack | |
My vc no is [protected]. I have been trying to change my base pack since 1st february 2019. But all i get is a token number. I have tried to reach their customer care multiple times and every time i am put on hold for 15 to 20 mins. I am given a reason that antenna alignemnt has to be changed to change the pack. Every time this is the reason given saying service team is going to reach out to me but haven't received a call from them. This has been going on for last 3 days. Now i am forced to recharge with my base pack of rs 850. Was this information helpful? | |
