How can a cyber attack affect the ability for Dish to be contacted via phone, text, at website, online chat, and email simultaneously? I want to cancel the free trial for which I will probably be charged because I couldn't cancel it. I also wanted to call to complain about the technician who came to my home 2/17/2023. He showed no respect for me or my property. He (Mohammed) ignored my questions and requests, and refused to follow my instructions. He complained about Dish because they wouldn't let him have the day off to see his wife and 3rd child in the hospital. He clearly wanted to do as little as possible and leave quickly. Then he started yelling at me and bullied me into signing off on his work so he could leave and go to the hospital. He said if I complained that he wouldn't get his raise. Now I am afraid because it sounded like a threat and he knows where I live. I am an old lady and I live alone. It was my 2st Dish Protect appointment, and I don't want him to ever come here again. I need a technician to move the hopper back into the living room with my new tv and the Joey into the bedroom with my old TV. When will I be able to talk to a local Dish representative on the phone?
