[Resolved] DishTV — Unable to identify the payment | |||||
I made a payment of 1700 INR to buy a new connection on 11/03/2015. It has been 3 days and their support team is unable to verify my payment. After multiple follow up they requested bank account statement and the message i got through SMS. Somehow i managed to provide that. Then i called their support and requested to escalate this matter further. Person put my call on hold and after sometime dropped. Called them again and same happened. After multiple follow up now they are saying, we want a pdf copy of statement. Seems like they are sitting idle and expecting to everyone in the same way. I am not going to provide any further documents and will raise a complaint in consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |||||
