[Resolved] DishTV — Unable to register online | |||||
I bought new connection of dishtv on 14th june, 2017. Installation was done on same day. On 14th june, 2017 and today (15th june, 2017) i am trying to register online using vc no. [protected]. I tried several time but i always get following error message : "oops! Your no. Is not registered with us. Please use your registered mobile no./ vc no. To login. To register your mobile no. Sms dishtv rmn [vc no] to 57575" I request you to kindly provide access to dishtv my account as early as possible. Thanks and hope the problem will be solver earlier. Hope you're fine and the things are going well.
I have a dish-tv hd connection with the following vc # [protected] bought from a dealer, and wanted to recharge it online through the following URL: https://www.dishtv.in/Pages/Instant-Recharge.aspx
my vc # is identical, but for processing the instant recharge, it asks me to in insert my RMN and email address for the verification, where i don't know my RMN and email add, registered with the following vc#, and i did contact my dealer, but they are not providing me with the information since they are wanting this to be limited with them, therefore they could charge us extra commission for any recharge.
hereby i would likely want help line to help me out in order to have full access to my dishtv VC.
at last to clarify, i'm living outside of India in Afghanistan and using my dish-tv connection.
