[Resolved]  DishTV — unable to see program

I am dish tv consumer and my vc number is [protected]. I am unable to see program from 26/05/2019 due to poor signal. I had requested for technician visit on 26/05/2019, but till today no one has contact with me. I had called so many time in customer care but my problem is not solved. Its a humble request to you please resolve my problem by today so that i can see oath taking ceremony.

Kindly add Shradha channel to your dish tv as my mother is left alone after the demise of my father and wants to see the Mata Vaishno Arti on it.
