[Resolved] DishTV — unable to view channels | |||
Unable to view any channel since 1st february 2019. Complained multiple times but got the same sms: "please switch off and on your set top box from main power supply and keep stb on for 15 min". This has been done several times but problem is not resolved. Called customer care number [protected] but they are telling you are in queue and after few minutes wait, the call gets disconnected. Dialled their call back number many times but only got answer in sms to keep the set top box on. Was this information helpful? | |||
