[Resolved] DishTV — unable to watch any hd channels

I am unable to watch any hd channels (Dish tv vc no[protected] from yesterday. Your customer care people informed that it is working fine, yet i am unable to watch any hd channel, when i tried calling your customer care people again and again call is getting disconnected automatically. Please look into my problem at the earliest, this is ridiculous services i have ever seen from dishtv
