[Resolved] DishTV — unauthorized changes demanding to change setup-box in warranty | |||
Sir, Need support from your end, because the organization of dish-tv calming unauthorized demand every month by name of technician service charges. My setup-box was get faulty on 18-jan-2019. On making my complaint, it was changed on 21-jan-2019 and, i paid rs 480 for setup box and rs 200 for technician charge. After this, the setup box again become faulty on february 25, 2019. After the complaint, they are demanding a technician service fee again. While setup-box is in warranty and due to the bad condition setup-box installed by the dish-tv team, it becomes again get faulty. Then why we pay unauthorized amount month to month.
