[Resolved]  DishTV — unhelpful customer service

My vc number is [protected]. Dishtv have one of the most unhelpful customer relations i have come across, apart from their equally pathetic service.

I have calls made to them on a weekly basis because my set top box has problems loading the channels i am subscribed to a minimum of twice per week. On every call, i am told that they are fixing at their end, and while they fix loading problem temporarily, for that viewing period, i have to start with the same problem the next time i switch my television on.

Even their technicians use old materials and disused adapters and did the same to my set top box when i had called them for repairs. On calling the technician to fix the same "channel loading problem" they failed to show up. Even logging into their website is redundant because even the channels i subscribe to show me a message saying that i am not subscribed to this channel. [attached picture]

I would sincerely request their technicians to at least visit so that i can discontinue my services and get my deposit back from them and they can back their pathetic excuse of a service. I am sure that even if they resolve my issue - i will be writing another review of their services in a week's time from now as their solutions are extremely temporary - to say the least.
