[Resolved] DishTV — UNWANTED BLOCKING OF CHANNELS | |||
My Vc no. is [protected] and My channel pack price is rs 320. So I recharged on 25/03/14 for a year till 08/03/2015 . In which all sony channels are viewed. But on 31/10/2014 from my pack sony channels are removed to a-la-card pack, which is chargeable. They not inform that it is chargeable. so after sms for activation, my amount is deducted and recharge date is reduced by some days. And I only send sms to activate one channel, but they also not activate 2nos of channel and deduct more rupees. I called dishtv customer care Mr.Nishant, they give no response and also not having facility to track online they reduce recharge date 31/12/2014 which is much charge able for two channels.
