[Resolved] DishTV — upgrade to hd setup box. | |||||
I have called to dish tv to upgrade my sd setup box to hd setup box, they are telling stock is not there and they will give me call back and i asked what about new hd connection, they immediately started explaining all the packages and saying within next 48 hrs they can install new hd connection, Are we fools to believe if setup boxes are not available for upgrade, how come new connection they are giving setup boxes, this is like total cheating and no value given to existing customers.
