Base package change request to ultimate hd north pack which had been done 10 days ago on another vc without any issues

Poor services by dish tv, no change o[censored]pgrade pack options (From max hd) available on website after recharging done and series of follow up calls, mails, and no appropriate or timely response

Support team completely unaware, false commitments, and holding calls very long period and no resolution till date

currently i am on business trip and may not be accessible on phone

regarding i dont see any efforts rather than receiving unproductive calls from dish tv team with no solution to simple query on why the NORTH ULTIMATE ANNUAL PACK CANNOT be subscribed and even other packs there is no options of subscription

similar situation has been posted by series of consumers
