Dear Dish TV
1. This is matter of great regret that Dish TV personnel never respond back even after confirming the receipt of messages from customer. This causes not only the irritation but also force the customer to switch to other service provider. The reputation of Dish TV towards customer care is extremely poor. This can be surveyed.
2. I with above subject cited VC No. [protected] deposited Rs 11990/- towards recharge of Super Gold Pack under transaction[protected] during 2013 with the understanding of availing 5 years services up to 2018. But to my surprise Dish TV have changed my initial Super gold pack to Platinum one without my consent there by making validity of services up to Jan/2017. Why ? This is highly unprofessional, breach of contract and case of cheating.
You are requested to set my account and validity of services as committed at the time of depositing the amount of 11990/-.
