Plrase deactivate the connctionof the Set Top Box of the VC No [protected] in the name of PRADIP MUKHOPADHYAY of RMO NO [protected] immediately as i am not usuing the said no from last two months, and will request you to adjust the amount what you deducted from my amoumt on its behalf. As per our conversation with you on [protected], we informed you that VC [protected] has been separated and Terminated. Now, you havs 2 connections VC [protected] Parent VC [protected] Child VC. And package has been downgraded.
