DishTV — Viewing card deactivated (VC No-[protected]) | |||
Dear Sir/mam, I had purchased a DISH tv last year from a dealer-Jay Durga (ID-411731) but it was not installed/activated due to my job relocated to another place. Now when ever I am going to install the Dish on dt.29.12.2015 (as discuss with Customer care), I come to know from the Dealer(DRP Shree Ganesh Electronics, Prakash Ch. Nath, Hatatota, Talcher, Angul, Orissa, pin-759100, M.No-[protected]/[protected]) that the VC No is expired & you should buy a new one. After so many times call/ talk with Customer care they are help less to help me Lastly I harsh & write a mail.So please look into the matter & do the needful. Name-Debaranjan Samal.
