[Resolved]  DishTV — Viewing Card deactivated/activation process not completed

I am simranjit Singh from Amritsar Punjab.
In 2 September 2016 new dish connection order given to SatNam Singh Mobile no. [protected] by my Mother Sakinder Kaur.
We got massage that your installation Request number is[protected]
Our service provider from Dish Tv Royal Electronics will come later to install the connection.Day after they come and installed the connection but when we start Tv due to shifting home Tv stop working on that time
Then we paid the Amount 1269rs for connection plus recharge.
But We did not see the connection is activated or not. They said it will be activated after an hour.
But from that day Tv not repaired by us due to busy schedule we were not recharge after till today.
But now I purchased new when I started Tv it's showing massage
102:viewing card deactivated
It's vc number is [protected].
Then I call the customer care number but they informed me that your details are not in our knowledge even the mobile number on which SMS from Dish Tv comes after booking that is not registered ?
How the massages comes from installation ?
The connection purchased by my Mother name Sakinder Kaur and mobile number is [protected] which is not registered ??
Today want to recharge connection kindly resolve the problem regarding activation.

I did not telling you a story sir.
First of all your the Dealer named Mr.Satnam Singh does not working on given complaint.
2nd The boys comes to installed the connection activation not completed by them .proof is we are not registered customer why ?even after submit the document.
3rd We call every day to resolve the problem but there is no one who listen and working on it.
4th Yesterday, when I called Mr.Satnam Singh
He said you may change the box or viewing card must go on near shop of dish TV even address raffrance given by him.
When I went to shop he answered change your box from where you purchased.
Then i called Satnam Singh he Said give them phone I told him .
Don't know but he is agree after talking Satnam .
But he said gave them ID proof then i back to home to take I'd zorex copy to give them .
But after taking the proof till the box not changed by them not even viewing card activated by them he just said we passed the complaint to company.
After an hour the service provider will come your home and they repaired it.
Then i came back home.
But The whole day is passed no one come to resolve the problem.

Even not the good response throw direct online complaint .
Kindly resolve it untill how can I satisfy?
