DishTV — Weak signal on many channels

I, Shri Bimal Kumar Das (Mobile No. [protected]) is enjoying DISH TV Services for the last 6 years (approx.). My VC No. is [protected]. For the last 15 days, I noticed that due to poor signal, colour TV, some time sony channel, star plus channel, Movies Now is not coming properly showing a message .' No signal". Many Times if it is raining then all signal stops and No channel comes. So i request the DISH TV AUTHORITY to please check the signal condition and increase the frequency immediately. Thanking you.
