[Resolved]  DishTV — When I am recharging dishtv, always status showing is "pending"

When i am recharging dishtv, always status showing is "pending" .But they took money from my account. then they simply say, wait for 24hrs. why i need to wait 24 hrs. In my home aged people are there, we unable to watch tv for 24hrs...this is very worst support.. They did not refund my amount also. Customer care is very very worst.
