DishTV — With out permission they have activated other plan on my account

Address:Mallampet village dundigal mandal Hyderabad

Actually I have taken telugu channels pack.every month I pay 287 rupees last month March they activated one telugu Movies channel cost 50 rupees .even they didn't call me and I didn't give any confirmation from my side but how did they activate other plans kindly take a necessary action on them
