[Resolved] DishTV — Worst Customer Care Services | |||
My VC-No-[protected], Tried reaching customer care for more than 15 to subscribe additional channels. The call last for 5 to 10 min with IVR and asked to enter my register mobile or VC no, later it will be disconnected. It was worst and pathetic experience ever had, customer care is worst. Tried calling all the numbers provided in www.dishtv.in unfortunately not even a single number reached to customer care executive. I would request to resolve this issue at the earliest, else I should think of other options. I am not expecting a standard response for you like "please be assured" I need immediate solution rather than a statement. Was this information helpful? | |||
