[Resolved]  DishTV — wrong charge and miss commitment for refund

Dear Dish TV Team, I am one of your customers and I am suffering since last five months because of the poor customer service from Dish TV, It is very sad that a company having brand ambassador like Sharukh Khan providing such a bad customer service and forcing customer to unsubscribe the connection as well as go to other service provider. I believe after you read this e-mail I will get some positive answer which I have not got from Dish Tv associate. My call and issue details as below: Customer name: Nijamuddin Ahamed Registered mobile number: [protected] CV number: [protected] Issue: I requested to deactivate Sony Six channel, first on 20.08.2014 ( Req. no.[protected] but not done, second request on 05.11.2014 (Req. No.[protected] again not deactivated, third time called on 12./12.2014 (Req. No.[protected] for the same and I was told it will be done in maximum two hours. Now you can understand how many two hours over from my first request. If you please help me to know is there any SLA for such case, if then what it is? As per customer service associate channel is not deactivated because I have not done the follow-up, First request was closed without deactivation of channel because of tech. issue from Dish TV end and I am being charged month on month. When ever I call customer I'm being asked to wait. Being a customer and working in same industry, what is my knowledge is service provider should do the follow-up not the customer. This is not the end, one of sudden from last month (Nov. 2014) all Sony channel has been deactivated with out any intimation. I have wasted my time and money for calling customer care. Please look into the matter. Last Call details:- Called on: [protected] Call date: 12.12.2014 Call started: 8:52pm Call duration: 01:14:24 As per the las resolution for Req. No.[protected], I have for refund for 4 days only where in I am charged for 5 months and monthly Rs.30 so it should be Rs 150. I have sent e-mail to nodal officer to [protected]@dishtv.in [protected]@dishtv.in on 12.12.2014 at 23:10 but there is no reply I have got yet, not only that I had spent more that Rs. 50 for calling customer care on [protected] because toll free number never gets connected.
