[Resolved]  DishTV — Wrong information given

Complain number no.[protected]

I have complained that wrong information about my annual game on hd is given by you.
And after that i complain this they said "after hearing call recording it is conformed that wright information was given."
These are all false
They first told me to recahge within 3 months but they are saying that they told me to reacharge in 1 month.
I also have my vc statuse
