Signing up with Dish, they try to up sale the service protection, which I said no. So my dish gets installed not fully tightened up, and the first windy day my dish gets blown out of adjustment. So here within 2 months, I get the told of getting a service charge for having a tech come out to find problem and fix it, and they try again to up sale the service protection plan, ( how convenient ). I knew it was not installed right, not being tightened, ( maybe on purpose ), so they get close to 30 a month instead of 20, and told them it needed to be fixed for free because of a bad install, which they did, but tried the service up sale, which I said no again. Because I bundle with frontier and pay threw them, I don't see charges from dish. I get extra channels and my bill goes up and I think they are upping the cost of my package. 2 1/2 years later I find out they have been charging me for the service protection package, and after hours fighting, trying to get reimbursed for over 2 years being charged for something I asked not for, and threatening to cancel did I have to settle for 20.00 off for 6 months. I think they should had fully reimbursed all charges plus something to make it right. Goes to show, Dish is first and customers second. Was this information helpful? |
