[Resolved] DishTV — wrongly deactivated my dishtv connection | |
I have 2 dishtv connection in my family at 2 different places. On 22nd april i made a request via twitter to deactivate my second account as there is nobody at that place. Inspite of providing exact & clear details your customer care guys messed up and instead deactivated my primary account which is at the location where all of the family members are currently. Please rectify this and activate my dishtv connection immediately with vc no. [protected] Please activate immediately vc no. Why have you mark this issue resolved ? Its still not resolved. DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
