I had ordered 4 in 1 waist trainer bra from distilox and they send me 2 cheap leggings.. I tried contacting them through mails but no response..

I have sent mail with regard to receipt of wrong consignment on[protected],[protected] and[protected]. But till date I have not received any reply or correspondence or even phone call on the same.

I have booked for 4 in 1Waist Trainer Bra (pack of 3). On[protected] I have received a parcel and I have arranged payment of Rs.1199/- through Phone pay. After opening the parcel I have noticed that the parcel contained 2 leggings (cheap quality white and red in color).

Immediately I have sent mail to the address noted in the Distilox website under "Refund Policy" ie., [protected]@gmail.com. In the mail I have requested to either refund my amount or to replace the item.

But till date no reply / phone call received.

The company fool the people by sending leggings in the package

I paid 1000 rupees to them by cash on delivery, that guy has not allowed me to open that product he said open after payment. I want my money back as soon as possible or else I will filed complaint against you people. Customers are ordering for there need and you are delivering them different product.
But I didn't receive that same order which I wants to buy. I am attaching image of that order which i received that's is leggings. So I want my refund back. Please return my money 1000 rupees.

Dear sir I have ordered distilox wireless bra pack 3 and company send low kwality langis product please refund my money

I ordered for a back support wireless bra pack of 3 for Rs 999 and instead received 2 leggings of very low quality. I did my payment as COD and as I found it was a wrong item I asked the delivery boy to return this product but he denied. I sent complaints to the company and shipping agent ( ship rocket) non of them replied.

I had oredered backsupport wireless bra a set of 3 of 999rs and i have been delivered with 2 cheap rated leggins not even worth a 100rs.

They are fraud . delivered wrong items and no customer care contact is working..

I have ordered this product but they sent wrong product then I sent many time mail on given I'd but no reply and return

After giving the complaint someone from accounts dept calling and informing that a voucher will be given to claim the money and they will not send the refund money directly in gpay. Getting scared to accept the voucher as we are already fooled. Also they informed that they can't send the right product. What is the solution for this? How to get the money back? Please help.

I have order the subject mentioned item worth 1199 on 12th November, 2022 and in rush the order was confirmed. Later, I found that they only have COD option hence I sent them mail to cancel the item but no reply.

Today - 18.11.2022, I got a call from Amazon (might be their delivery partner) that he is coming for deliver so I guided him the address and the payment was done by GPay. To our surprise a cheap shirt and leggins of a size of a child was delivered. I sent the photo of the parcel to them by email but it got bounced back.

All are earnestly requested to take note of this and let others know about this fraud company through your social media accounts so that people come to know and they can be saved.

I have ordered a 4 In 1 Waist Trainer - pack of 3 on 12th November. But unfortunately the order was book in the COD category - since then I have mailed them 2-3 times to cancel the order but forget about replying, the email id got bounced back.

Today - 18.11.2022 - I got a call from Amazon that the its coming for delivery for which I got surprised as I ordered it on Distilox then how come Amazon is delivering the same - still I guided him to the address and my wife paid on GPay but to her surprise, a shirt and pant was delivered instead of the above ordered item.

There is no customer support for this company.
