I had ordered for a portable steamer and paid online.. Trued calling them so many times but after trying for so many days i could speak to the customer care but that person is like please mail it to us when i had already mailed but got no response and this person says he is not the right person for this. Then again when i called up i got a mail saying ship it back to us, they don't even have facility of courier. It was damaged product. They asked me to send it back and i shipped back to them. It's been 5 to 7 days, i have not received any response and got no refund. My order number is dd100635. I had paid 1994 rupees.. It was online transfer. Please help me get my refund
