Divadeal — handy steam iron

I had purchased 2 handy steam iron.. The product was damaged and of pathetic quality on returning the product back i did not get refund rather they added to divadeal wallet.
I want my refund in bank account.. Else i want to drag this scam to sue this fraud company.
I purchased this product by paying cash.. I have been mailing to this company many times to refund my money in account but they are just sending reply that we do not refund.
All the products of this company are of very cheap quality so i dont want to buy anything from them.. It is just a waste of money.
