I Booked a Renault Kwid in oct 2015 . on jan 12 2016 i decided to cancel my booking . they promised me a sum of 7500 as a return amount within 2 weeks of the letter . i gave them 10000 and they were charging 2500 as a cancellation charge ..to which i agreed ..no problem .
But today is 14th march 2016 over 2 months have passed and the cheats are not returning my money back .
Mr.vishkarma ..some team leader passes it on to mr mohit bajaj who took my cancellation .
mohit and vishkarma are passing on their responsibilities and they are least bothered to pick up my phones now ?
DO NOT GET CARS BOOKED FROM THESE CHEATS .
THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR COMMITMENTS
