Dear consumer grievance forum, I have booked dna news paper through an authorized representative of divya bhaskar mr. Ashwin (Mob no [protected]) before 15 days. The said executive came to my home and offered a pre-paid discounted subscription of dna news paper. I have paid him inr 500 immediately and in turn he issued a monthly coupen booklet stating the news paper circulation shall be resumed from tomorrow onwards. Knowing the news paper is not coming since 2/3 days, i have called him up and asked to resume asap.. However after 15 days the circulation has not been started. Was this information helpful? | |||
