I have booked 2 tickets from hindupur to vijayawada. They called to my num and said that the bus was canceled for some reasons.. On the date of journey at 7am... My journey timings was on that day 6pm.. I asked them why don't you informed it before. For that he said that the bus was not working form previous 4days.. They don't have sense to inform it before. Worst experience. I got only 60% of the ticket fare after cancelation charges. If they could have informed me before, that charges won't be happend. Was this information helpful? |
