Diwakar Travels — travel from hyderabad to shirdi

Hi all

We have started travelling from hyderabad on 22nd dec at 10.30 pm, as the bus is supposed to start at. 10.30, but the bus has arrived at 11.30 and started at 12. During the travel to shirdi, got to know that driver has no knowledge about the route and entered the wrong route several times. Questioning him resulted in arrogant response from the driver. Now it's 11.33 am and we are still 150kms away from the destination. Thus playing with passengers time and money.
Bus belongs to dhananjaya travels, hyderabad. We have reserved the tickets online through redbus.in.
