Cyberhub maybe a iconic mall in delhi/ncr but staff in the parking lot do complete harrasement. We misplaced the parking slip and we're asked to pay 200 rs fine. I asked the staff to call someone senior but no one was available. Is this the way service industry works?
Finally i had to ask the facility manager to intervene and on his intervention the fine was reduced.
I have misplaced the parking slip couple of times earlier as well in great india palace mall. All we had to do was show the registration copy and license to ascertain that we were the real owners.
What happened with us yesterday was completely baseless. We just a piece of paper and not a magnetic card or token.
I will make that this whole episode is shared over social media and will ask my friends and relatives to not visit cyberhub again in their lives.
Even my children were asking why we need to pay the fine when it was just a piece of paper.
