Dlf — dlf skycourt

Dear sir/ma'am,

I had bought a property at dlf skycourt sector-86 gurgaon. The possession was supposed to be in 2017.

In 2018, i paid 100% of the amount of the apartment because i had spare funds.in 2018.

As my mother is suffering from cancer - stage -4 now we were looking to sale the above property. But the builder says the transfer of apartment / registering is not possible for next 6 months.

I met mr. Pankaj singhal dgm - customer services, he told me very bluntly that he cannot help me in this case as the company is having its own inventory they will not allow any transfer. (No transfer on payment of applicable transfer fees also)
He also suggested me to get my mother treated somewhere else till the time they don’t allow the transfer.

For 4 months i've been patiently taking appointments, but they keep declining to meet & refuse to answer calls. We want to resell the property as we need urgent funds for mother treatment in usa.

Please advise on what i should do.
