I have booked the flat on 25th oct 2019 and paid the application money of rs 5 lacs. On 21st dec - i informed that i want to cancel the booking but dlf keep insisting change the mind. I signed the builder buyers agreement on promise from vp sales that i would get full epr and based on that assurance only i signed the document. Now dlf crm team is refusing to pass on the benefit.
This is not acceptable. I need solution. This is clear case on coercing the customer to sign the documents on false promise.
