Dlf — EWS flat 2013 draw money not refunded

Dear Team,

I have filled DLF 2013 EWS Draw but still no update on that .even my money not refunded. That’s the big brand and may be 15k is small amount for them but that’s big amount for me .
My serial no is DCV1226
It’s been 7 year now .Kindly update asap.
