Hi,
I had visited the DLF Rajarhat office (DLF IT park 2, dlf sez block 1A, rajarhat) on 5th August 2021 for some work at Ericsson office.
The entire entry process took around 40 mins, when I had already shared the details and approval. I told them repeatedly my job location is in Noida and I have come here for some urgent work. Meanwhile, the behavior of the gate staffs were not at all good.
They treats people as if some criminal trying to enter their premises, totally unacceptable.
Even after the security staffs from Ericsson came to the gate, they had issues with my car entry.
I do understand there are security measures to be considered during the covid times, but there is a decent manner of carrying out the process.
Keeping a guest wait outside the gate for 40 minutes in this summer is totally unprofessional and disgusting. Was this information helpful? |

However, we have certain process to be followed for visitor and their car entry which needs to be addressed by the Client you are intending to visit. In your case it is Ericsson Global India Ltd.
We will certainly discuss with EGI and assure non repentance of such events. Once again regret for the cause.
