Dlf — house cracks (more than one hundred)

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a resident of the DLF Crest located in Sector 54, Gurugram.
I moved here in February this year.
and I was so happy that I could live in DLF at the time.
( Actually, I'm Korean and I live with my wife and one son.)

But, these days I see serious long cracks in my house; on the walls, on the ceiling and on the whole.
This is not one or two cracking problem, the number of cracking is about one hundred.
and Every day, I can see new cracks and old cracks getting bigger and wider.
( You can also see the 45 degree Cracks, which is considered to be a risk of collapse, as well as Vertical Crack and Horizental Cracks.)
Again, my family was very happy to move into the highly reliable DLF, but we're very disappointed to see that it responds to our complaints.

I think that Safty will be the most issue during stay.
Through this e-mail, I'd like to receive a safty cerificate by a responsible person (or a responsible institution).
Of course, there should be a statement in certificate(or warranty)
that all human and physical damage will be compensated for in the event occurs.

Many people say Crack is not dangerous.
I'd like to believe that, but who is responsible for the damage?
I don't think it's too much to emphasize safety hundreds or thousands of times.

Also, some people say that it's an "Assh" technique, so there can be happened.
What does that mean to me? Do you need to know that??
I' lived in another DLF apartment before, but I've never seen such many and serious cracks.

Some one just say they will paint on the cracks with new paint.
I don’t think the risk of collapse will not be eliminated with just no detecting as covering with new paint.
And who can control the inside of the house that will become a mess?
When there were 13 Cracks in 2 weeks ago, the management team painted once, but looking more ugly.

Again, I only want my family to live in a safe space.
I look forward to a responsible reply and response from the globally authoritative DLF.
