Dlf — I am complaining about an unauthorised construction of a speed breaker bump in v20 road

Please help in resolving a speed breaker bump which is made unauthorised and its too high as every car is getting damaged from below, it is made on v20 road near v21/25-26 house number, please revolve it on priority in gurgaon, dlf phase 3, 122002, v block
